At Au-Delà by Bleu, all products are made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size selection
- color selection
- change of mind
- buyer’s remorse
Please make sure to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- misprinted
- or incorrect
please contact us within 30 days of delivery at audelabybleu@gmail.com
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer:
- a replacement or
- a refund
There is no need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.
