All of our products are made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than traditional retail stores.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or replace the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Au-Delà by Bleu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if applicable.
